Why did you choose UChicago?
Live in a beautiful city, and be part of a new team, for the opportunity to learn from world-renowned professors.

Favorite moment of your UChicago athletic career?
Making it to our first NCAA Tournament!

Favorite Team Tradition/Activity?
Cow vs. Pig during Fall Ball!

Why did you originally fall in love with your sport?
Lacrosse’s combination of running with technicality. I always loved how it was a very fast technical game.

What lessons have you learned through competing in your sport that have stuck with you?
There’s nothing better than being with your team – never take the little moments for granted.

What advice would you give to your fellow first years?
Live in the moment and enjoy every second of playing the game you love with your best friends!

Favorite UChicago class you learned the most from and why?
Booth leadership exercises. Learning about how people lead, as well as how to be a good leader in the workforce and in everyday life, was very impactful.

Which UChicago faculty or staff member has had the greatest influence on you and why?
All my wonderful professors. I have learned a lot from him and will carry the lessons learned from him with me for the rest of my life.

Favorite place on campus?
Holy Ground.

Favorite thing to do in the city?
Run to Promontory Point!

What are your post-graduation plans?
Working in the game in business strategy.

In addition to your current sport, which sport or activity do you think you would most excel at?
Track and Field – I love running.

Favorite Chicago Restaurant?
Il Porcelino.

Favorite place you visited?
Grant Park.
