Mum of one Eugenie looked stylish in a black maxi dress topped with a royal-looking £225 Suki black velvet coat from Antara Designs.
The 33-year-old completed her outfit with a flat pair of white trainers and a pair of chic oversized shades. She pulled her long brown hair into a low, messy bun.
Seeing the princess in London, an onlooker noticed that she and a friend she was having lunch with had some parking problems.
After finding a suitable place to park, the two have lunch together.

The princess returned to London in 2015 where the pair grew even closer – and they sparked engagement rumors the following year.
But it wasn’t until January 2018 that Jack popped the question while the pair were away in Nicaragua.
