After years of teasing the moment, ONE Championship makes its US debut.
A trilogy bout between former UFC champions Demetrious Johnson and Adriano Moraes headlined the card.
It was the third time the two fought, each having won the other in previous meetings. Many felt the fight would decide who was the best flyweight in the world.
The first five minutes were fairly even, and the other two bouts were similar. Fans were on the edge of their seats waiting for another knockout… but from whom this time? But then it went three rounds and there were no more knockouts in the fifth. Instead, they went to the scorecards and split back and forth on Twitter as to who should win.
In the end the judges awarded the bout to Johnson and he defended his title.
