Nintendo announces a new event for mobile games super mario run In celebration of the upcoming film. This is correct; As part of marketing for Super Mario Bros. the Movie, Nintendo will temporarily allow players to view the mobile game’s levels for free.
Technically, Super Mario Run is a free-to-play mobile game, which gives players access to the first few courses without costing them any money. But it locks most games behind a $10 paywall after the first several courses.

But as part of the event, Super Mario Run gives players access to a platform that would normally cost money to play. The stage will be available for free for one day before being locked again, giving players temporary access. Nintendo also confirmed that linking a Nintendo Account to the game will unlock an additional stage.
The update doesn’t add anything for existing players, but more for newcomers to join.
In addition, the full version of Super Mario Run will be available at a discount until May 31, 2023. Super Mario Run launched in 2016, and is currently available on iOS and Android. The Super Mario Bros. Movie will be released in theaters on April 5, 2023.
