morgan wallen Had some “bad news” to share with fans on May 9 Instagram Post. Just two weeks after abruptly canceling a show due to vocal issues, Morgan announced that he would be postponing six more weeks of shows on his One Night at a Time Tour. Morgan shared, “After ten days of vocal rest, I did three shows last weekend and by the third, I felt terrible.” “I went in and got scoped yesterday and they told me I re-injured my vocal cords and I have vocal fold trauma.”
The country singer’s doctors advised her to go on vocal rest for six weeks. Unfortunately, this means Morgan will have to cancel a slew of upcoming shows, including tour dates, a performance at the May 11 ACM Awards, and various festival appearances. He did not specify which shows would be cancelled, but the tour is scheduled to continue through early October.
However, Morgan assured his fans that his team is working on rescheduling the dates which he cannot do this time. “We’ve almost got it done but there are a few pending, so I’ll keep you updated,” he continued. He also assured festival ticket holders that he would be back for appearances next year by “getting it right”.
