Destiny 2’s Routes of Nightmare World First winners have been confirmed by Bungie. On Twitter, the developers congratulated Team Hard in the Paint (HITP) on the achievement.
The Root of the Nightmare Raid was released on March 10 at 9am PT / 12am ET. The members of HITP streamed their Raid run on Twitch, and they completed it in about 2 hours 24 minutes, according to the record. Destiny 2 Raid Report Site, It took Bungie a few more hours to verify the legitimacy of the completion, resulting in the congratulatory tweet above.
Next fastest after HITP was cleared in 2 hours 33 minutes. The Destiny 2 Raid Report site is still updating with Team Clear, and those interested can check it out to see the new clear times and rankings.
Root of the Nightmare is currently in competition mode and has a power cap of 1780 to keep things fair for the World’s First race. Some exotic weapons are also disabled during Contest mode. Competition mode usually lasts 24 hours for raids, but this extended by one more day (48 hours total) to the root of the nightmare. All players who complete a Route of Nightmare raid while contest mode is active receive a special emblem, and anyone who completes a raid before March 21 has the opportunity to purchase a Route of Nightmare-themed raid jacket that they can wear in the real world.
Note that completing the raid before the date stated will give you access to the jacket; You still have to spend money to get the item. if you want it, root of nightmare jacket is $150.
