Apple announced on Thursday that it will launch a standalone app called apple music classicalWhich will be available at no additional cost to existing Apple Music subscribers on March 28.

The company acquired the highly regarded classical music streamer Primaphonic in August 2021. At the time, Apple stated that customers would receive “an enhanced classical music experience, beginning with Primaphonic playlists and exclusive audio content.”
